SF Signal — ... Fringe returned last night (at last, more Walter Bishop!) and with it the enigmatic 'code' of images shown just before each commercial break. Enigmatic no more as Julian Sanchez has cracked the Fringe code and has deciphered what images correspond to which letters of the alphabet (key at the link above so you can play along at home). He also details the words that have been spelled out so far in the first 14 episodes.
