Russell T. Davies Not a Stargate Fan
doctorwhocorner.co.uk — It was announced last week that Robert Carlyle, one of the people on the “next Doctor rumour list” has been cast in the new Stargate spin-off. According to Gateworld , RTD was asked about the casting on BBC Radio 5 and said: Stargate, can you believe it?” Davies said. “That was a surprise. Has his agent watched it? Now…as a fan of Stargate I have to say RTD, while entitled to his opinion, should not be suggesting that it’s not a show worthy of having an actor like Carlyle as part of the franchise. Hell, they’ve had some big stars on there before, so it’s not unheard of!
