Yesterday saw the announcement of Lee Evans being cast in one of the specials. Today it has been confirmed that her will be joined by Michelle Ryan in the Easter special. It had been rumoured for a while that Ryan was in talks to appear in the show, but until now the rumours were specifically about her being the 11th Doctor’s companion. While this could still happen, I wouldn’t put money on it.
