Dimension Films has tapped Robot Chicken writer Dan Milano to draft the script for Short Circuit , the remake of the 1986 sci-fi comedy, Variety reported.
The original movie was about Number 5, an armed robot who acquires a personality after a lightning strike and seeks the help of humans to prevent his destruction by the military.
